Many lawyers agree that: “JavaScript in web page is code redistributed to whoever loads this page in their browser.”

A page that contains JavaScript is unambiguously redistribution and therefore invokes FLOSS licensing requirements for attribution and/or source code redistribution.

Minified JavaScript code (in which the license requires source code redistribution) needs to have an accompanying un-minified version of code available for redistribution.
